Deliveries and returns

All orders will be sent to you within 48 hours (working days), you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package depending on the service provider you have selected during checkout (Chronopost, Colissimo or Mondial Relay) which will allow you to track the journey of your package.

Delivery times are displayed during checkout. For example, the order will arrive at your home within 24 hours by Chronopost, two to three working days from the date of deposit of the package at the Post Office for shipments in France by Colissimo, within one week to ten days for international shipments (depending on the country of destination).

This depends on the destination of the package and the service provider/delivery time you have chosen. The rates are displayed for each of them during the passage in
box.

The fees are €5 to €20 for France, €13 to €25 for the EU, and €20 to €35 for the rest of the world.

Depending on the service provider you have chosen for delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package and a link where to go to follow its delivery.

Of course. We know that it is sometimes difficult to buy on the internet. Do not hesitate to order the items you like and try them quietly at home.

You can return the items that do not suit you within 14
days from the date of receipt of the package.

1. Go to our " CONTACT " section and send us your order number specifying which item(s) you wish to return to us and the reason.
2. Wait for an email from our customer service with instructions to prepare the item(s) to be returned
3. Return the item(s) to us.

You are reimbursed upon receipt and inspection of the item(s). You will then receive an e-mail notifying you of the refund.

Bank processing times vary from 48 hours to several days depending on your bank.
