Never reprinted. A beautiful tribute from the artist to the charms of the English Channel beaches, particularly Trouville, with its pretty, colorful beach huts. It also nods to Norman specialties: apples and cider, fish, milk, and of course, the horses from the region's great stud farms. The palette is blue, sand, green, and white. Very good condition. Slight soiling on the folds, visible in the last two photos. The rolled edge is nicely rounded and plump. Rare and sought after by collectors.
